Plasma System 4031, 4061, 4081


The plasma systems series 4031, 4061 and 4081 are high-capacity production tools for use in printed circuit board manufacturing. Plasma is deployed for cleaning boreholes in mechanically drilled multilayer boards as well as for cleaning of flex-rigid and flexible circuit boards. These are superior systems for desmearing acrylic adhesive smear, for etching back of high-Tg materials and for activating Teflon®. A specially designed electrode configuration enables optimally uniform plasma effects in this equipment. PVA TePla America’s unique electrode design ensures excellent treatment uniformity, not only across each board, but also from one board to another and from process to process
